# Directions:
01 - Remove pomegranate seeds, halve grapes and strawberries, peel and slice kiwi, cut pineapple into triangles, and segment the orange.
02 - Place pomegranate arils in the center of a large round serving platter to form the core of the starburst.
03 - Form radiating lines from the center using alternating rows of grapes, pineapple, kiwi, strawberries, orange segments, blueberries, and blackberries arranged symmetrically.
04 - Tuck fresh mint leaves between fruit sections to enhance color and aroma.
05 - Refrigerate the assembled platter until ready to serve.
